- The pick-up and drop-off times for shared transfers can be modified by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location
- Children under 7 years old and individuals over 70 years old will not be permitted to fly
- The maximum weight limit is Max 119 kg
- Guests exceeding this limit require pilot approval and will incur an extra charge
- Pregnant ladies will not be allowed to fly
- A 100% NO SHOW fee applies if a guest cancels the tour at the last moment
- No alternate tour will be arranged, and no refund will be provided
- All participants must be in good physical condition and able to climb in and out of the basket and bend in a brace position during landing

Balloon Adventures Dubai is the oldest operating Hot Air Balloon Company in Dubai. They have been organizing and chartering balloon flights in the Dubai desert since 2005. When you fly with Balloon Adventures Dubai, you will have the chance to take to the skies with a Peregrine falcon.
