• Present your QR code at Donmueang Airport Terminal 1 (1 FL) Gate 3 exchange for a physical ticket. [Click]
• Location: Gate 3 Taxi service counter at international arrivals, opposite 7-Eleven, near the meeting point
• Service hours: 24 hours

• Only valid for travel on the BTS Green Line (here) (Does not include MRT)
• The voucher must be redeemed for a BTS One-Day Pass within 90 days from the purchase date.
• Valid for 30 days after redemption; Invalid after expiration
• The BTS card can be used later (not on the redemption date). The card is needed to activate at any Green Line BTS station, and it will last until 23:59 of the activation date. (Not a 24-hour basis)

If a guest has accessed the indoor observatory on the 74th floor but cannot access the rooftop on the 78th floor due to sudden rain, re-entry will be permitted. Guests may request re-entry at the Ticketing Counter (Lobby), but refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
