This product does not include soft drinks, meals, or transfer service.
Important Notes:
1. Flight altitude: 400m–800m
2. Cabin seating: Accommodates up to 6 people at once. Suggested seating arrangement: front right of the driver, front left of the co-pilot, and four passengers in the rear.
3. Pregnant women and elderly individuals with hypertension or heart conditions should place orders with caution.
4. During the helicopter ride, you can bring a camera (lenses over 400mm are not allowed), your phone must be set to airplane mode, and selfie sticks, computers, and food are not permitted.
5. If the activity is canceled by the supplier due to force majeure such as weather conditions, it qualifies for a full refund without penalty; alternatively, the booking can be rescheduled.
6. Please note that no refund will be provided if the customer cannot arrive or is late due to their own reasons.
7. This product does not include insurance fees.
8. Important notice: Passengers must bring their passport and arrive at least 45 minutes in advance when taking a helicopter.
9. Passport photos are not accepted. If they fail to comply with the same regulations, they will be considered as not participating!
10. All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
11. Smoking, eating, and drinking are not allowed during the helicopter flight.
12. Infants are not allowed to participate in this activity. Children over 2 years old can board the aircraft.
13. Due to air traffic control regulations or other operational or safety considerations, the travel itinerary may vary.
14. All passengers must check in at least 45 minutes before the flight departure time. We are not responsible for late passengers and reserve the right to depart as scheduled.
15. If the trip is canceled due to weather conditions or technical issues, we will notify customers via phone or email. Customers can choose to receive a full refund or reschedule their booking.
Passenger weight
The weight limit per passenger per seat is 110 kg. Due to aircraft weight and balance restrictions, passengers exceeding or nearing 110 kg must purchase an additional seat. If a seat belt extender is required, we will be unable to provide travel services.
1. After purchase, you will receive an e-confirmation of your itinerary in your email (no need to print).
