What to expect
Sheikh Zayed Road is the main road in Dubai and one of the most beautiful roads in Dubai. The road is lined with numerous well-known buildings and shopping malls. Scale The Sheikh Zayed Road is about 50 kilometers long, and it can reach Abu Dhabi in the west and Sharjah in the east. To the north of the road is the Persian Gulf, and to the south is a vast desert. The entire avenue runs east-west throughout Dubai, with a total of 12 lanes in both directions. Famous buildings When you come to Dubai, you will definitely take a walk on Sheikh Zayed Road, because there are many famous buildings on the road. From the old city to the west, you can see Dubai World Trade Center, Dubai International Financial Center, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Shaffer Park, Mall of the Emirates, Emirates Tower and so on. And the red line of the subway also extends from the old city to the west along the avenue, and the above well-known attractions basically have stations for easy and fast access. Photography Paradise Because of these well-known buildings, this avenue has also become a favored place for photographers. Under the sunlight during the day, the glass of the buildings around the road reflects each other, forming a very beautiful scenery. Avoid peaks If you are driving or chartered, you need to pay attention to avoid peaks as much as possible. Usually 17:30-19:30 every day and Thursday are the local travel peaks, when driving on Sheikh Zayed Road will be very congested.
