What to expect
Begin your tour at the Visitors Reception Center in Las Médulas. Follow the Interior or Valiñas Path, a circular route that takes you into the heart of the ancient Roman mine.
Walk through the remains of the collapsed mountain and know about the water channels that made gold extraction possible. Discover about Celtic and Roman culture along the way, and explore the Exterior of Encantada and Cuevona caves.
