Begin your journey with a warm welcome and an introduction to the olive oil production project and its circular production model. Then, take a leisurely walk through the olive groves, learning about the different olive varieties and the surrounding landscape.
Next, visit the Casas de Hualdo olive mill for a technical tour of the production process. Discover how one of the world’s most award-winning extra virgin olive oils is made through a sensory experience at the olive mill, located in the heart of the olive grove.
