Tours start continuously as visitors arrive, without fixed schedules. If you arrive without a reservation and a tour has already started, you may need to wait a few minutes for the next one.
Please note: if walk-in guests arrive at 12:00 and someone with a reservation arrives at 12:30, the reserved guest may have to wait briefly if a tour is already in progress.
