On match day and the day before, the dressing rooms and benches will remain closed
Some areas of the Tour Bernabéu (such as dressing rooms or benches) may occasionally be closed due to stadium events and operations
On match days, the Bernabéu Tour can be taken up to 5:30 hours before kick-off
Children under 5 enter free of charge
The ticket grants museum access, with limited capacity
Security checks are mandatory per law and club guidelines
The Organization reserves the right to refuse entry
Visitors must adhere to Real Madrid C.F.'s rules and staff instructions
Entry under the influence of substances is strictly forbidden
