What to expect
Enjoy an authentic experience in the heart of the Langhe and discover how biodiversity and respect for nature can contribute to the quality of a great wine.
The experience begins with a walk through the vineyards near Alba, where you can closely observe how the vines are cared for without the use of herbicides and with special attention to the health of the soil and the balance of the ecosystem.
Through simple and engaging stories and explanations, you will discover the daily work that goes into each stage of cultivation and the deep bond between the land, the environment, and the vines.
Afterwards, you will visit the winery, entering the heart of production. Here you will learn about the vinification techniques used for red and white wines and the production philosophy aimed at creating wines with minimal use of sulfites that are capable of best expressing the identity of the territory.
The experience ends in the food tasting room, where you will taste 5 selected wines accompanied by a generous platter of appetizers, cold cuts, and cheeses typical of the Langhe.
