What to expect
Masseria Seppunisi is located on the Murgia plateau between the Valle d'Itria and the gates of Salento, and its origins date back to the 16th century. Its business has been run by four generations and has preserved the traditional spirit of Apulian farms for decades. The stars of this livestock farm are the cows. They are milked every day, and their high-quality milk, used in the farm's dairy, becomes the main source from which everything begins. The commitment of expert hands in the production of 0-km dairy products and cheeses guarantees our customers freshness and goodness.
We will take you to our stable and our dairy, where expert hands transform milk into dairy delicacies every day.
Our tour begins with:
A historical description of the farm, then we will visit the stable where the cows are kept, go through the cheese dairy, and enter the cheese aging rooms. With the help of an expert, you will make mozzarella and burrata with your own hands on the spot. At the end, we will enjoy a delicious aperitif with various traditional products accompanied by a good glass of wine.
