• Please carefully check the title and inclusions of the option booked, as not all options include all services.
• This tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility
• The visit to Ca' Rezzonico is self-guided and will take approximately 1 hour
• The tour is composed of a 15-min introduction to the gondola experience followed by a 30-min ride
• If you booked the random seating option, you will not be sitting in the same gondola
• Each gondola can hold a max of 5 people
• The gondolier will determine your seat according to your weight
• The tour will only be canceled in cases of extreme weather conditions
• The itinerary may change in cases of wind or bad weather
