What to expect
The adrenaline rises, the void is underfoot, the carabiners are hooked to the metal ropes, and the climb begins, becoming one with the rock by firmly grasping the holds on the equipped wall.
This is one of the most complete via ferrata systems. These equipped trails run along narrow aerial ledges, allowing you to experience the mountain and its stunning alpine landscapes.
Via Ferrata delle Bocchette, Gustavo Vidi trail, Brenta Group. A spectacular equipped route that runs along the walls of the Pietra Grande peak in the heart of the Brenta Group. A via ferrata of moderate difficulty, suitable for those trying this type of mountaineering activity for the first time.
Along the way, you can enjoy an exceptional view of the wild Cima Campa mountain group and the Adamello-Presanella and Ortles-Cevedale groups. The Via delle Bocchette is an excursion that lasts an average of 4 to 5 hours, departing from the Grostè Pass at 2,438 meters and returning to the Graffer mountain hut. Hiking attire, hiking shoes, a backpack, and a windbreaker are required.
The specific via ferrata equipment will be provided directly by the Extreme Waves center.
The excursion will be led by an experienced Alpine Guide - Master of Mountaineering.
