Start with a tour of the vineyards and the wine cellar, where the varieties cultivated on the estate are introduced and the winemaking and aging techniques explained.
After the tour, enjoy a typical lunch featuring local products in the hotel’s elegant dining room or on the panoramic terrace. Start with “pappa al pomodoro” (tomato and bread soup) and continue with a selection of local products such as Tuscan charcuterie, Pecorino Senese cheese paired with chutney, and bruschetta to taste our extra virgin olive oil.
The tasting begins with lunch and includes 4 wines, including the most important white wine produced in Tuscany, the Vernaccia di San Gimignano.
