What to expect
Your experience will begin with pickup directly from your hotel or Airbnb along the Sorrento Coast. Upon arrival at the olive oil mill, you will be welcomed into an authentic and charming setting, where you can immerse yourself in the aromas and flavors of the local area.
Before the cooking show, you will enjoy a short tour of the estate, discovering the tradition of extra virgin olive oil and tasting a selection of local oils that truly express the character of our land.
The culinary experience will then begin. You will enjoy an aperitif featuring typical local products, accompanied by a welcome glass of wine. The chef will prepare an Italian first course and a second course right before your eyes, with a choice between a meat dish or a vegetable-based option, while sharing stories, techniques, and traditions connected to Italian cuisine.
Each course will be paired with a carefully selected Italian wine, chosen by the sommelier to enhance the flavors of the menu and create a harmonious and surprising pairing. Upon request, it will also be possible to choose from a selection of prestigious and well-known Italian wine labels, making the experience even more exclusive and personalized.
You can choose where to enjoy your lunch: at the chef’s table, to experience the magic of the kitchen up close; in the dining room, surrounded by an elegant atmosphere; or in the garden, while admiring the view of Mount Vesuvius and the breathtaking panorama of the Gulf.
Throughout the experience, the sommelier and chef will be available to share stories, curiosities, and secrets about the dishes, wines, and Italian traditions. An authentic journey into Italian culinary, olive oil, and wine culture, to be savored slowly, glass after glass, bite after bite.
