Body Rafting Green Valley Citumang – Pangandaran

About this experience

Located 15 km west of Pangandaran beach (approximately 30 minutes by road), Green Valley Citumang is a spectacular natural river canyon ideal for body rafting. The Citumang River flows through a narrow gorge of towering rock walls and ancient caves, creating one of the most beautiful and adventurous body rafting experiences in West Java.

Your adventure begins at the Citumang tourism complex with a safety briefing and equipment fitting, followed by a short trek to the river start point. Over the next 2–3 hours, your professional river guide will lead you through rapids, into the famous Citumang cave, and up to the ledges where you can jump into the pools below. The minimum age is 5 years and the maximum is 50 years.

Life jacket, dry bag, tourist site entrance ticket and travel insurance are all included. The activity runs daily (Monday–Sunday) from 08:00 to 14:00 WIB. Minimum 2 participants.

What to expect

A 2–3 hour body rafting adventure through the Citumang River canyon and cave, including cliff jumps and river swimming near Pangandaran.

Things to note

• Secure your valuables in a dry bag; the operator provides a dry bag but personal electronics are at your own risk
• Participants must be in good physical health; the activity is not suitable for pregnant women or those with heart conditions
• Bring personal medication and sun protection; wear sandals or footwear suitable for rivers
• Bring personal toiletries, a change of clothes and a towel; these are not provided
• Wear a t-shirt or quick-dry fabric and swimwear underneath — you will get very wet

Terms & conditions

Activities run daily; booking must be confirmed at least 2 days before the activity date
A valid national identity card (KTP) is required for all participants
Children under 5 years of age are not recommended to participate
Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded; rescheduling is permitted once with at least 3 days prior notice
Go Explore Indonesia reserves the right to cancel or modify the trip due to force majeure; all payments will be refunded in such cases
Prices apply equally for low season and high season for Indonesian nationals (Wisatawan Nusantara)
The itinerary is non-binding and may be adjusted to suit field and weather conditions
