• Bring a hat or head covering, high-SPF sunscreen and a reusable water bottle for sun protection
• A valid national ID (KTP) is mandatory; this tour is available to Indonesian nationals only
• Children aged 2 years and above are charged the full ticket price
• Keep valuables to a minimum and secure your belongings throughout the trip — personal security is your own responsibility

Bookings must be confirmed at least 2 days before the trip date
Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded; rescheduling is permitted once with at least 3 days' prior notice
Snorkelling, bicycle rental, banana boat and activity insurance are not included and must be paid separately on-site
