You'll enter the dense and mystical forest of Monteluco, the same place that inspired Saint Francis and the first hermits. You'll see the ancient paths, the centuries-old holm oaks, and the regenerating silence of the Sanctuary. You'll experience an intimate philosophical and spiritual dialogue (90-120 minutes), personally guided by the Theologian Federico. Phase 2: Taste and Conviviality (Home Restaurant)
After nourishing your spirit, you'll head back to Spoleto for the convivial epilogue. You'll be welcomed to our exclusive Home Restaurant, where Chef Vanessa awaits you. You'll see an elegantly set table, immersed in a warm and familiar atmosphere. You'll experience authentic Umbrian cuisine with a full meal (from appetizer to dessert), prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. If you've chosen the Gourmet option, you'll taste selected regional wines masterfully paired with the dishes.
