Let Tuscan tradition captivate you with an exclusive dining experience at a small bistro in the heart of an authentic Val di Chiana village. Savor iconic dishes such as Pappa al Pomodoro, Peposo di Chianina and Pici, carefully paired with the best local wines selected by our sommeliers.
The tasting begins with Tuscan olive oil and continues with a traditional appetizer accompanied by a glass of Chianti Classico D.O.C.G., a first course paired with Vino Nobile di Montepulciano D.O.C.G., a main course paired with Brunello di Montalcino D.O.C.G., and concludes with a dessert and Vin Santo di Montepulciano D.O.C. Each pairing is designed to enhance the flavors and tell the story of Tuscany’s food and wine.
During the experience, you will discover the most authentic Tuscan cuisine and the region’s most iconic wines, guided by the passion of local sommeliers and staff. For children under 18 years old, there is a dedicated menu that does not include alcoholic beverages.
