What to expect
Begin your experience with a pleasant walk through the vineyard rows of the estate. Guided by expert staff, discover the different varieties of grapes cultivated in this privileged land and learn about the sustainable and organic farming techniques that the company has been using with dedication for over two decades to care for its vines in full respect of the ecosystem.
After the visit, your instructor will be waiting for you for a relaxing practice (suitable for both beginners and experts, with mats provided on site) to harmonize the senses before delighting the palate.
After exploring the vineyards and relaxing, the tour will move inside the cellar. Here, guided by one of the producers or the estate experts, you can see up close where the wine takes shape. The secrets of organic winemaking will be revealed to you, exploring the entire life cycle of the wine: from the delicate phases of fermentation, up to aging and final bottling.
The highlight of the visit is a guided tasting of five highly representative organic wines from the estate. Learn to recognize the aromatic notes and unique flavors of the territory. The wines will always be accompanied by the fragrant organic extra virgin olive oil produced by the company. All this will be framed by a spectacular view of the valley and Montepulciano in the distance.
