What to expect
We will start from the heart of Corniglio, in the square of the Medieval Castle, for a guided e-bike experience to discover the Parma Apennines, amidst nature, history and authentic views.
After a short initial briefing and bike adjustments, we will start the tour along secondary roads and trails immersed in the woods. Following a picturesque route, we will reach the Bosco delle Fate, stopping along the way to get a close-up look at the ancient drying racks, once used to dry chestnuts, a testament to rural mountain life.
In addition to its unique atmosphere, the Bosco delle Fate was a source of inspiration for the poet Attilio Bertolucci, who found ideas for some of his famous works here.
We will continue towards Riana, where we will stop at the foot of the "Groppo Sovrano": this is where the eagle's nest is located and, with a bit of luck, it will be possible to see it fly in this spectacular scenery.
The route continues from Casarola to Montebello, passing by the Bivacchi della Val Bratica, ancient drying sheds that have now been restored and transformed into facilities where you can also stay.
There are stops during the tour to admire the scenery, relax, and fully enjoy the experience.
Finally, we will return to Corniglio, ending the tour in the charming Piazza del Castello.
At the end of the experience, we will stop for an aperitif together, a perfect moment to relax and share the emotions of the tour immersed in the tranquility of the mountain.
