Tickets are nominative; please bring a valid ID matching the booking name. Entry may be refused without it.
For skip-the-line hosted tickets, you will join a group at the meeting point and must remain with your assigned host for entry. Hosted access does not bypass security checks.
Audioguides and travel content are provided via the Crown Tours app. We recommend downloading in advance (about 500 MB). Please bring a fully charged smartphone and personal headphones.
The Basilica may close or restrict access due to religious events or high tides. Visits are time-limited.
Terrace and Campanile access are only included if specified in your option title. Campanile visits are timed (up to 30 minutes at the top).
Starting January 1, 2026: Basilica entry is €12. Optional access: Museum or Pala d’Oro €24, both €36. Campanile €18. Doge’s Palace €35. Museum Pass €40. Remaining value covers operational costs, hosting services, app content, and licensed guides with audio systems.
