Validity Period
All card benefits are valid from the date of purchase until December 31, 2026. All benefits can be activated and used within the valid period. Please refer to the below benefit rules for detailed usage terms.
Benefit Usage Rules
1. Yu Garden Ticket & Huangpu River Cruise
Both benefits must be redeemed and used on the same day before the respective business hours end. Unused benefits will expire on the same day with no extension or carry-over.
2. Shanghai Sightseeing Bus
This benefit is valid for 24 hours after activation and can only be used during official operating hours.
Important Rule: Once any one of the three benefits is activated, the validity period of all three benefits will start simultaneously. Please check the official business hours and last boarding/admission time of each attraction in advance and arrange your itinerary reasonably.
Purchase Instructions
1. Card Collection: After purchase, please redeem the physical card with your QR code at designated redemption points.
2. Benefit Details: Detailed benefit contents and usage instructions are stated on the insert card and fold-out brochure attached to the physical card.
Important Provisions
1. This product is a bundled package. Partial refund requests for single or individual benefits are not acceptable. The use of each benefit shall comply with the relevant rules and requirements of the corresponding service provider.
2. If any cultural or travel benefit service becomes unavailable due to service provider issues after card activation, the platform will notify users in a timely manner and provide an alternative benefit of equivalent value.
3. If scenic spots, sightseeing buses, cruises or other services are temporarily suspended due to force majeure factors (including but not limited to severe weather, waterway control, and official administrative orders), the opening schedule shall be subject to the official announcement of the scenic spot or operator. The platform will not issue separate notifications.
4. This product is for personal use only by the verified purchaser. No individual or organization may use the card benefits for commercial, operational or non-personal sightseeing purposes. Service providers reserve the right to refuse service for abnormal usage. The platform reserves the right to cancel all benefits on the card in case of unauthorized or abnormal use, and retains the right to pursue legal liability for irregular behaviors.
