Things to note
- Meals and beverages not included unless specified. Light refreshments may be available at the base facility or near the waterfall.
- Muddy tracks are part of the experience. Operations may be suspended during extreme weather conditions at the operator's discretion.
- Wear clothes you don't mind getting muddy. Closed-toe shoes mandatory. Helmets and safety equipment must be worn at all times throughout.
- Advance booking is strongly recommended during Bali peak seasons and public holidays to secure preferred dates and avoid unavailability on busy days.
