- Ticket Eligibility This is a paid add-on activity at Samudra Ancol
- Ancol entrance ticket, vehicle admission, and Samudra Ancol admission ticket are not included and must be purchased separately
- All participants must hold a valid Samudra Ancol admission ticket to join this activity
- Entry without a valid main ticket will not be permitted under any circumstances
- One ticket is valid for a maximum of 5 persons per session
- Each session has a fixed duration of 3 minutes
- Session timing follows the operational schedule at the venue
- Children must remain under parental or guardian supervision throughout the full duration of the activity at all times in accordance with applicable requirements
- All participants must attend the mandatory briefing and follow all instructions given by the officer before and throughout the feeding session
- Attraction Access The Feeding activity is a supervised 3-minute group experience allowing up to 5 guests to feed selected marine animals at Samudra Ancol under trained staff guidance
- Participants may only use the animal feed provided by the officer on duty
- Bringing or using outside food or personal items to feed the animals is strictly prohibited
- Touching, disturbing, or performing any action that may harm or stress the animals is strictly prohibited throughout the full duration of the feeding session
- The feeding schedule follows the operational guidelines in place at Samudra Ancol
- Operating hours follow the applicable recreational unit schedule on the day
- Activity schedules and operating hours may be adjusted at any time without prior notice based on operational conditions or animal welfare requirements
- Additional Information All participants should arrive at the Samudra Ancol activity point before the session begins to complete group registration and receive the pre-activity briefing from staff
- This is a supervised group experience with live animals
- All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward the animals, officers, and other participants throughout
- Photography and recording during the session are welcome for personal non-commercial use
- Guests must not disturb the animals or feeding area while capturing content
- Guests with health conditions or concerns are advised to assess their suitability before booking
- Participation is undertaken entirely at each guest's own risk
- The operator is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the activity or while on the Samudra Ancol and Ancol Dreamland premises
