What to expect

The day begins with a private pickup directly from your accommodation, with the driver collecting guests at the agreed departure time and heading straight into the lush highland interior of Bali toward the Ubud region. The first stop of the day is Tibumana Waterfall — one of Bali's best-kept natural secrets, tucked away within a verdant jungle gorge and reached via a short scenic walk through the surrounding forest. Guests are free to swim in the natural rock pools at the base of the falls, take photographs, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this relatively uncrowded and genuinely beautiful natural setting before continuing to the next destination.

From Tibumana, the tour continues to Kanto Lampo Waterfall — a spectacular multi-tiered cascade whose wide, layered rock face creates a striking and highly photogenic natural formation that is unlike any other waterfall in the Ubud area. After taking in both waterfalls, the group heads to the sacred Tirta Empul Temple in the village of Manukaya near Tampaksiring — one of Bali's most spiritually significant Hindu water temples, built around a natural holy spring that Balinese Hindus have used for ritual purification ceremonies for over a thousand years. Guests are welcome to participate in the purification ritual by entering the temple's sacred spring pools and passing beneath the holy water fountains — a deeply meaningful and memorable cultural experience. Modest and respectful dress is required within the temple grounds, with sarongs available at the entrance. Following the temple visit, the group stops at a local restaurant for lunch, which is enjoyed at each guest's own expense, offering a welcome opportunity to rest and sample authentic Balinese cuisine.

Minimum Group Size

• Minimum 1 adult required to commence the tour.
• Maximum booking capacity is 100 adults per booking.
• Children are welcome but must be accompanied by at least 1 adult at all times.

• Guests who fail to be present at the pickup location at the confirmed time will be considered a no-show.
• No-show bookings are strictly non-refundable.
• No alternative tour date or compensation will be provided for no-show cases.

• Driver will wait up to 15 minutes from the confirmed pickup time.
• Guests who have not appeared or made contact within 15 minutes will be treated as a no-show.
• If you anticipate a delay, please contact the operator immediately to avoid cancellation of your booking.

• This tour operates in most weather conditions.
• In the event of extreme weather, heavy rainfall, or natural disasters that make the tour unsafe to proceed, the operator reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary.
• Waterfall visits may be adjusted or skipped if water levels are deemed unsafe by the guide on the day.
• In the event of an operator-initiated cancellation due to weather, guests will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

• All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed unless cancelled by the operator.
• Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the tour date and are subject to availability.
• Entrance fees to all attractions including Tirta Empul Temple and Tegalalang Rice Terrace are not included and must be paid directly on-site.
• Lunch is not included — guests dine at their own expense at the recommended local restaurant stop.
• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings throughout the tour.
• The operator is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the tour.
• Guests are advised to wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for walking on uneven terrain and near water.
• The operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary sequence based on local conditions, traffic, or site access without prior notice.
• If you want to do purification at Tirta Empul, make sure you do it early in the morning to avoid lots of queues
