1. Due to the unique nature of event tickets, they are considered valuable securities rather than ordinary goods. The cultural services associated with them are time-sensitive and scarce, and therefore, refunds or exchanges are not supported.
2. The invoice for the tickets will be sent to your email or uploaded to the Ctrip backend within 48 hours before the match.
3. This match does not accept specific seat reservations, only area selection is available.
4. The price for this match is based on the price of a single ticket for a pair of seats. It only guarantees that the seats will be together in pairs. If you are purchasing for a group and require adjacent seats, please be sure to contact customer service before purchasing. We will need to provide a new quote and will do our best to arrange the seating for you.
5. This event does not offer child tickets. Each person requires a separate ticket for entry.
6. This event's tickets are available in either electronic or physical card format, with the specific form subject to the event organizer's issuance.
7.The price of event tickets may fluctuate due to factors such as demand, unforeseen circumstances, and other influences, often exceeding the face value. Our ticket prices take these factors into account. By purchasing tickets through Guangzhou Nanhua Travel Agency, you acknowledge and understand this, and will not file any complaints or lawsuits as a result.
8.In the event that the scheduled match is changed or even canceled due to force majeure or last-minute decisions by the event organizer, which affects your ability to attend, we will not be held responsible. Therefore, please stay informed about any changes to the match schedule, and the final match time will be based on the time indicated on the ticket.
9.In the event of a match being delayed or rescheduled, the tickets will remain valid as usual. Our company does not offer refunds or changes. We appreciate your understanding.

3.The match date and kick-off time may be subject to change. Once the final match date is confirmed, we will contact you to notify you of any changes. Please stay informed about any changes to the match schedule. The final match date will be based on the official announcement.
4.Any changes or cancellations to the originally scheduled match due to force majeure, changes by the event organizer, or other reasons that occur after your order confirmation, which may affect your travel plans, are not the responsibility of our company. Once the order is confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

You can simply present the e-ticket and scan it for entry; printing is not required.After the order is confirmed, we will not send you any vouchers. If the event organizer changes the match time or other reasons cause the originally scheduled game to be altered or canceled after your order is confirmed, and this affects your travel plans, we will not be held responsible.
