What to expect
Dachau is a small town in the northwest of Munich, about 40 minutes' drive from the city. On March 22, 1933, just seven weeks after the Nazis seized power, a prison was built here. It is said that more than 32,000 Jews died here. At present, the gas chamber and the corpse incinerator are open for viewing.

Children must be 14 or older to take part in the tour. Children 12 and under are not permitted on the tour. This is a regulation of the Dachau Memorial Site. Proof of age is recommended and may be requested (Passport, Student ID etc.).

•The tour starts on Marienplatz please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled tour start time.
•The guides will be holding a White & Blue umbrella standing in front of the department store Ludwig Beck, Marienplatz 11.
