What to expect
The Deutsches Museum is one of the largest science and technology museums in the world, and also one of the earliest science and technology museums in the world. The museum was officially opened on June 28, 1903, at the initiative of German engineer Oskar von Miller and with the support of the Bavarian royal family, the Bavarian Academy and the Munich City Government. Important exhibits The world's first modern aircraft with an engine: invented by the Wright brothers. Germany's first self-made submarine "U1". The world's first programmed computer "Z3". The restored Galileo laboratory. Submarines and rockets invented by Germany during the First and Second World Wars. Simulated underground mines. A one million volt lightning simulation performance device in the high-voltage electricity exhibition hall. It is worth noting that in recent years, the Deutsches Museum has also introduced more interactive experience elements, allowing visitors to have a deeper understanding of the development of science and technology and industry. For example, the planetarium in the museum uses projection technology to provide visitors with an immersive astronomical observation experience.
