What to expect
The Old Museum of Berlin is located on the south side of Berlin's Museum Island. It is a neoclassical building and an old museum on the Museum Island. At present, the museum is in the Berlin Rijksmuseum system and mainly exhibits works of art from ancient Greece and ancient Rome. It was inscribed as a World Heritage Site in 1999 as part of Museum Island. The old museum has two floors. The first floor mainly exhibits the art of ancient Greece.
