What to expect

Guangzhou BONSKI covers a total area of 75,000 square meters and maintains a year-round temperature of -4 to -6 degrees Celsius. As a world-class large-scale indoor professional skiing destination and currently the most expansive indoor ski resort in South China, it offers thrilling skiing experiences, fun snow activities, and diverse themed activities. Whether you're enjoying family time in the snow, a romantic encounter, or exciting skiing adventures, Guangzhou BONSKI brings you a year-round winter carnival!

The ski area features five slopes of varying difficulty levels, including a snowboard practice trail, a ski practice trail, an intermediate slope, and two advanced slopes. Among these, the two uniquely designed intersecting slopes—a rare feature in indoor ski resorts—offer intermediate and advanced skiers an exciting experience with dynamic terrain changes. Additionally, the intermediate slope and ski practice trail connect via a mid-section buffer zone, forming an impressive 460-meter-long indoor alpine ski run.

Ski area

A massive 17,000㎡ ice and snow play area offers non-skiing visitors various winter activities like snow saucers, ice bumper cars, and adventure trails. Enjoy snow play all year round and experience the fun of winter entertainment in the southern region.

Additionally, the resort provides free snow suits and snow boots for snow play visitors, and ski suits, ski boots, helmets, and skis for skiing visitors. Ski enthusiasts can also bring their own ski suits and ski equipment to enjoy the facilities.

Ski area

The ski area features a total vertical drop of 66m with five slopes of varying difficulty, ranging from 7° to 21° in gradient. The slopes average 35m in width with consistent snow coverage of 50cm. Uphill facilities include one double chairlift and 10 magic carpets.

1.Beginner (Penguin Trail/Snowboard Practice Trail)The ski slope features a spacious width of about 35m and a length of approximately 70m, with a gradient of 13.6°—slightly steeper than typical beginner slopes. First-time skiers should practice strapping on their boards and mastering basic stances and stopping techniques on flat ground before confidently attempting new moves from the top.

2.Beginner slope (Little Bear Slope)The Bear Trail features a wide slope of about 50 meters in width and 76 meters in length, with a gentle 8° incline. Its slow overall skiing speed makes it perfect for absolute beginners, allowing kids to confidently practice here.

3.Intermediate (Snow Rabbit)The Snow Rabbit Trail is approximately 360m long and 35m wide, with an 11.8° slope. As one of the most popular and densely populated slopes in the resort, it's ideal for skiers who have mastered basic skiing stances, falls, and stops. The slope's gradient and width also make it perfect for snowboarders and skiers to practice ground tricks, earning it the affectionate nickname "Ground Trick Boulevard."

4.Advanced (Milu Trail)The Elk Trail is approximately 260m long and 35m wide, with an average slope of 18.8°, making it suitable for intermediate skiers. The upper section has an 18° slope, testing your stability and courage when performing basic maneuvers on intermediate-to-advanced terrain. The lower section features a gentler 10–12° slope, where you can fully enjoy the thrill of carving. Additionally, this section includes moguls and rollers for a refreshing change of terrain and added excitement.

5.Advanced (Tiger)The Tiger Run is approximately 260 meters long and 35 meters wide, with an average slope of 20.8°. A terrain park has been built here, attracting advanced skiers from the resort who can practice carving and slalom techniques. From the chairlift, you'll often spot skiers practicing tricks on rails and jumps, creating a vibrant scene that has become a signature feature of the Tiger Run.
