• According to administrative regulations, parking is prohibited near the attraction.
• Camping vehicles are recommended to park in the Arnaud de Villeneuve cellar parking lot.

• From Oct 1–Mar 31, opening hours are 10:00–12:45 and 14:00–17:15.
• Please note the attraction's opening hours are as follows (last entry is 1 hour before closing time):
• Apr 1–Sep 30, opening hours 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Attraction closing dates: January 1, May 1, November 1, November 11, and December 25
• Must be accompanied by an adult 18 years old and over.
• Last admission time for the attraction is 45 minutes before closing
• Free admission times for attractions: Free entry on the first Sunday of each month from November to March; free entry on European Heritage Days (the third weekend of September each year)
• Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
• There are other parking spaces near the children's play area.
• Picnicking is not allowed outside the monument.
• The parking lot is open year-round, with paid parking and attendant service from mid-June to mid-September.
