What to expect

Parrot World cleverly uses native woodlands to construct six themed ecological zones, covering different geographical units such as the South American rainforest, African savanna and Southeast Asian monsoon forest.

More than 60 species of parrots live freely here. From the outstretched wings of scarlet macaws to the lively eyes of African grey parrots, visitors can observe their original state of combing feathers, foraging and interacting in the natural behavior display area. Visitors can become "bird conservators", participate in the production of enrichment toys, learn to interpret bird body language, and experience the scientific feeding process under the guidance of professional breeders. The daily scheduled flight display session not only shows the wisdom of formation flight of parrot groups, but also reveals the survival code of migratory birds through behavioral interpretation. Children can learn about biodiversity through feather texture rubbing, teenagers can crack the engineering principles of bird nesting in the interactive device area, and nature lovers can use professional equipment to record the social behavior of blue and yellow macaws in the bird watching house. The soundscape laboratory specially set up in the park uses directional audio technology to restore the "bird symphony" at dawn in the Amazon jungle.

Every interactive session in which visitors participate is accompanied by ecological points, which can be exchanged for physical objects to support the South American poaching protection project. This "experience is protection" model has freed nature education from the form of preaching. This cage-free animal park is redefining the way humans get along with their feathered neighbors. When the sulphur-crested cockatoo pecks the nut in your palm, the eyes that look at you may be telling the possibility of understanding across species.
