What to expect

The Garden of Versailles was once part of the Royal Territory of Versailles. It is located west of the Palace of Versailles and covers an area of 800 hectares. It is a classic French garden with well-manicured lawns, flower beds and sculpture fountains. It is surrounded by woodland, as well as the urban area of Versailles.

• The walk from the Palace of Versailles to the return point takes approximately 30 minutes, please ensure you are not late.
