What to expect
If you’re exploring the South of France, there are plenty of reasons to stop by Glanum. The quaint commune depicted in Van Gogh’s iconic Starry Night is just a stone’s throw from St. Remy de Provence. It features well-preserved ruins of an ancient settlement that you can explore. Spend an hour or so admiring the Roman remains of its temples, cathedral, squares, and houses, all rediscovered a century ago!
