- <li>The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.</li>
- <li>The resale of tickets at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited.</li>
- <li>Singapore law shall govern the sale of all tickets and customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.</li>

- <li>If an event/movie is postponed or cancelled by SCS, SCS will endeavour to inform the customer via telephone or email where possible. Any refund made by SCS shall be in accordance with the price paid by the ticket holder for the ticket. SCS shall not be liable to make a refund beyond the paid amount under any circumstances.</li>
- <li>In the event of cancellation by SCS, all tickets purchased using credit cards shall be refunded back to the same credit cards. Refund will not be entertained if customer does not claim the refund within 1 month from the date of cancellation.</li></ol>

- <li>KidsSTOP™: KidsSTOP™ reserves the right to turn away visitors in the event of insufficient capacity. Socks are required at specific exhibits. </li>
- <li>Omni-Theatre: a) Each Omni-Theatre Movie E-ticket is entitled to one (1) movie ONLY. b) The movie/show starts punctually so do arrive at least 15mins before showtime.</li>
- <li>Snow City: Snow play session is 1 hour. Please wear long pants and socks (Snow City reserves the right to turn away visitors who are not wearing appropriate attire). Jacket and boots will be provided. You will need about 15mins to gear up.</li>

ONE Ocean is a groundbreaking, research-backed exhibition that uses innovative interactive technology to transform how audiences understand—and feel connected to—marine ecosystems.
Developed with authentic scientific content from the Tara Ocean Foundation and produced by Ride FX, the experience translates complex ocean research into a captivating public journey.
From the six-heroes of the deep ocean to tales of the distant sea, visitors move through the Oceans Wonders through a multi-modal environment that blends 2D/3D animation, large-scale projections, interactive installations, spatial sound, tactile scenography, and state-of-the-art free-roaming VR.
The result is not a single “show,” but a living, responsive world—one that invites guests to learn through discovery, play, and awe.
