Tour Group Notice
This tour is a tour organized by a local travel agency in cooperation with us; it is not a private tour group that is only available to Trip.com members. Our users will form a group with travelers from other travel agencies to arrange the tour together while ensuring the promised inclusions and standards are met.
You are not allowed to leave the tour group without permission during the tour. If you choose to leave the tour group during the tour, it will be considered as a violation of any unfinished itinerary and no refund will be given. If any accident occurs after you leave the tour group, you will be responsible for it.
Due to the high passenger volume during Peak season, you may still need to wait for a while for the skip-the-line service. Thank you for your understanding!
During your tour, if any attractions or venues are affected by uncontrollable factors, your guide may suggest that you cancel the relevant tour, visit an alternative attraction, or refund the admission ticket price (the refund may not be the same as the one shown by the attraction/venue). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
During peak tourist Peak season or special circumstances, the tour group's departure time may be earlier or later than the time listed in the itinerary (the actual departure time will be determined by the service staff). Please prepare in advance.
During this activity, your attendant may need to adjust your itinerary due to weather, traffic conditions or other factors. This may mean visiting attractions in a slightly different order or meeting at a different time. Your attendant will obtain your consent in advance and attractions will not be reduced from the itinerary.
Shopping Tips
During the tour, quantity attractions/locations, restaurants, rest areas or other places may have shopping places not arranged by the travel agency. Trip.com reminds you to spend rationally according to your personal needs when spending in such places and ask for proof of consumption. If any dispute occurs, you will be responsible for it.
Kind tips
In case of bad weather or other force majeure, the park may change the show time without prior notice, and may cancel quantity attractions or performances. If bad weather causes any equipment to malfunction, stop working or cancel performances, the travel agency will do its best to assist you in making the changes. If there is any price difference, you must pay extra. If the new price is lower than the original price, the excess amount will be refunded.
There may be private entertainment and consumption venues at the destination. quantity of these venues are not legally qualified to operate and may pose various hidden dangers. For your safety and health, Trip.com reminds you to be cautious when spending money at these venues.
For multi-person tours, the person making the reservation or the tour representative should confirm that all other passengers have authorized them to sign the contract as their representative. Other passengers must also confirm the signatures of the authorized representative on the tour contract and its annexes. If you do not have such authorization, please do not book/sign the contract on behalf of others.
To protect the safety of minors, we recommend that minors be accompanied by their legal guardians or persons authorized by their legal guardians.
Travel tips and regulations
To ensure your personal and financial safety, please avoid displaying valuables or large amounts of cash in public. When on the street, always keep an eye on your jewelry, cameras, and other personal belongings.
Swimming, rafting, diving, skiing, skating, snowboarding, surfing, exploring, hot air balloon ride, mountain cable car and other activity may be dangerous. Before participating in any of these activity, please refer to the relevant announcements and recommendations issued by local government departments and professional organizations, and make your own decisions based on your own situation and do it within your ability.
