- Admission ticket purchase quantity instructions The same valid ID can be used to purchase a maximum of 3 admission tickets for the same park/circus venue on the same date, and up to 30 tickets in the same calendar year (excluding child tickets)
- If multiple admission tickets are purchased for the same date and the same park/circus venue using the same ID, the ID holder must use one of the admission tickets to enter, and accompanying visitors booked with the same ID must also enter at the same time as the ID holder after ticket verification
- Annual pass holders should not use their own ID to purchase tickets for others if they wish to enter with their annual pass
- Chimelong Resort reserves the right to pursue legal action against any purchaser who uses the admission ticket for resale or any other illegal commercial purposes

- Please ensure that the ID information for the visitor/user entered during booking is accurate, true, and complete
- The user will be responsible for any inability to verify, use, or enter the park, or any losses incurred due to false or incorrect information provided. *For child visitors, please use the ID of an accompanying adult visitor for booking and enter the park with that adult visitor
- Visitors enjoying ticket discounts must present the following original valid identification documents for age verification upon entry if age-based ticket validation is required

- Follow the instructions on the page to enter the ticket pick-up code and the last 4 digits of your phone number to generate a QR code for park entry.
- (2) If the ticket pick-up code is "1111111", please present your ID at the park ticket window to exchange for a paper ticket for entry.
- (3) If the ticket pick-up code is "0000000", please proceed directly to the park entrance and scan your ID for entry.
- All the above products are exclusively applicable to residents of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas regions, as indicated by the "Exclusive for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Overseas" clause. Each guest entering the park must present one of the following three identification documents for verification: ① Hong Kong/Macau Special Administrative Region Home Return Permit/ID Card/Passport;
- "Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents" or the Taiwan Resident Residence Permit of the People's Republic of China
- ③ Passport of an overseas national. If a guest fails to present the relevant document, they will not be allowed normal entry and must purchase the corresponding ticket at the on-site gate price to enter the park, with the original ticket being non-refundable and non-changeable.
