- Restriction: Children aged 7 years and under must be accompanied by a participant (who is over the age of 18 years) at all times during the VIP Experience.

- Participants must arrive at Universal Studios Singapore VIP Reception at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the VIP Experience. Failure to do so may result in the participant missing certain components of the VIP Experience.
- Unless otherwise specified, refunds or changes will not be allowed.
- The price of the One-Day Ticket does not include separately ticketed events in Universal Studios Singapore.
- The 10% Retail Discount on selected merchandise in Universal Studios Singapore cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
- For safety purposes, children aged 7 and below must be accompanied by a participant age 18 and above at all times during the VIP Experience.
- Participant under the age of 18 will require their parent or legal guardian to fill up an indemnity form for their participation in the VIP Experience.
- Participants must fulfill the appropriate height requirements and understand the safety recommendations for each attraction.
- Universal Express™ Unlimited is not valid for Canopy Flyer, Treasure Hunter, Amber Rock Climb, Magic Potion Spin, and Front Row of Battlestar Galactica.
