- Complimentary pickup and drop off are available for hotels/accommodations located within 5km from the Petronas Twin Towers.

Terms & conditions
- A minimum of 2 participants is required for booking.
- Changes to bookings are permitted up to 48 hours before the activity start time.
- Refunds or rescheduling may be considered in cases of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the scheduled activity.
- Where applicable, alternative arrangements, rescheduling options, or refunds will be provided in accordance with our cancellation policy and operational requirements.
Important:
- Outside food and drinks, except those for infants or for participants with special medical needs, are not allowed inside the venue dangerous materials, sharp objects, personal surfboards, body boards, or tubes are prohibited inside the venue
- This activity can accommodate pregnant women and disabled participants. However, please note that the transfer vehicle cannot accommodate strollers and wheelchairs
- Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Please do not leave them unattended
- In the event of inclement weather, the management may close certain rides or amend certain activities or shows for the guests' safety. Please note no refunds will be issued for these reasons
