- Kindly wait at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before tour departure time. Contact the operator at +60129487050 for any further enquiries.
What to expect
- The boat ride to Lata Berkoh Falls is guided by two boatmen; no tour guide will be present during this segment.
- You may get wet during the river rapid shooting and at Lata Berkoh Falls. Bring a change of clothes and a towel.
- It is recommended to have a good breakfast before the tour to prepare for jungle trekking.
- The trek is moderately challenging with some uphill and uneven terrain. Suitable for most with average fitness.
- Be prepared for muddy trails, especially after rain.
- Your host or greeter will accompany you to Taman Negara. A licensed tour guide will join you upon arrival at Taman Negara for the guided portion of your tour.

- If the boat to Lata Berkoh Falls is unavailable, a RM100 refund per person will be provided
- Complimentary pickup and drop off are available for hotels/accommodations located within 5km from the Petronas Twin Towers.

- Driver details will be sent via WhatsApp by 21:00 one day before the tour.

- A minimum of 2 participants is required for booking.
- Children must be accompanied by at least one adult. Child tickets purchased without a corresponding adult ticket will be considered invalid
- Changes to bookings are permitted up to 48 hours before the activity start time.
- Refunds or rescheduling may be considered in cases of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
