Suzhou is a famous cultural city with a history of 2,500 years. It has been around since the Spring and Autumn Period. One of Suzhou's local specialties is the top scholar. It can be said that there have been many literati since ancient times. The sentiments of literati have continued to this day, whether in gardens, Kunqu Opera, Pingtan, stringed instruments, etc., which have penetrated into every corner of modern life. The new Suzhou and foreign Suzhou with a modern atmosphere are integrated with the ancient style of Wumen in old Suzhou, creating a Suzhou style. The live performance of "Dreaming of Shantang" creates the Suzhou style. Wu Zixiao, the son of Wu Yipeng (a native of Shantang), the Minister of Rites in the Ming Dynasty, built the back garden "Zhenqu Garden" to honor his parents. According to the terrain characteristics, the garden is divided into four scenic Attraction of spring, summer, autumn and winter by plants. Scenic spots such as Plum Forest Chunxiao, Yuxi Fenghe, Golden Autumn Waiting for the Moon, and Wuzi Pavilion are scattered among them, which embodies the artistic characteristics of Suzhou gardens that "although they are made by people, they seem to be created by nature".
