- Do not drink a lot of alcohol the night before Parachuting, do not eat too much before Parachuting , and do not Parachuting within 24 hours after diving
- Pregnant women, people with a history of heart and brain diseases, patients with severe hypertension, and other special passengers are not allowed to participate in Parachuting activity
- If you feel unwell during the process, you must report it to the instructor in time; 3
- It is recommended to wear comfortable and casual clothes without too many buttons, and wear sneakers or canvas shoes
- Please make sure to wear shoes that will not fall off from the air, and do not wear high heels or slippers; 4
- The weight limit is 90KG (overweight requires additional overweight fees, please consult customer service for details), and Parachuting is not allowed for those over 115 kg; 5

The No. 1 Player Skydiving Club (Shenzhen Branch) is located in the Shenzhen Sea Skydiving Base, providing helicopter skydiving and handheld video services. One-on-one guidance by USPA certified coaches ensures safety.
