After confirming your booking, the photographer will reach out in advance to discuss your preferred locations, style references, outfit choices, and any special moments or creative concepts you would like to incorporate into the session. On the day of the shoot, you will meet at the agreed location — whether at the golden hour on White Beach, the serene northern shores of Puka Beach, or a handpicked spot that best suits your vision — where the photographer will guide you naturally through poses, movements, and candid interactions that feel effortless rather than staged. The session flows at a relaxed, unhurried pace, allowing you to genuinely enjoy the experience of being in Boracay while the photographer works to capture the light, the atmosphere, and the authentic emotion of each moment. • Sessions are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled due to rain or poor lighting.
• Golden hour (around 1 hour after sunrise or before sunset) offers the best natural lighting.

• Edited photos will be delivered digitally within a few business days.
• Photos are for personal use only; commercial use requires prior approval.

• Follow the group throughout the tour without leaving without permission, and adhere to safety regulations at special locations.
• Try to bring a pair of sports shoes and a power bank
• If the weather is hot, be sure to protect yourself from the sun.

• Must be booked before 18:30 (local time), 3 days before travelers participate in the Trip Moments activity. A staff member will contact you by 6:30 PM (local time) one day before your trip at the latest. On the day of your trip, please gather at the designated meeting point with the reserved traveler ID.

• If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
• If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 80% will be charged.
• If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
• If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
