The web app audio-guide cannot be purchased on its own. It must be purchased with an entrance ticket.
You must select both the entrance ticket and audio guide options if you wish to visit the museum with the audio guide.
Tho museum is closed on Wednesdays in November and December, December 25 and January 1st, as well as for 3 weeks in January.
Last entry time: 1.5 hours before closing.
In the event of excessive numbers of visitors, and in any situation that may compromise the safety of persons or property, the museum may be partially or totally closed at any time of the day, or the opening hours modified.
Children under the age of ten must be accompanied by an adult.
