What to expect
Marvel at the celebrated artworks in the Orsay Museum (Musée d'Orsay) in Paris with a pre-booked entry ticket. Explore the history and significance of the art on display with a digital audio guide featuring commentary on over 300 artworks.
To begin your experience, head to the Orsay Museum, the River Seine left bank. Once inside, discover an extensive collection of French art from 1848 to 1915 — including sculptures, paintings, furniture, and photographs — on display in this former railway station.
Admire the museum’s vast Impressionist collection, which features renowned works by artists such as Monet, Degas, Renoir, Cezanne, and many more. With your audio guide, hear about the artworks and their artists to understand more about them.
As well as the art pieces, learn about the history and architecture of the museum itself, an artwork as intriguing as its collections. As you explore the museum, take an immersive journey through art history, focusing on Impressionist and Post-Impressionist masterpieces.
Spread across 5 sections, the ground floor displays not only French paintings but also decorative furniture and accessories. Let your audio guide act as a portal to the rich stories behind each art piece for an enriched visit to one of the world’s most famous museums.
