△ The South Rim of the Grand Canyon is open all year, receives about 90% of the park visitation. Reservations are strongly recommended during spring, summer and fall.

△ The North Rim of the park has a smaller developed area, receives about 10% of park visitation, and is open seasonally, May 15 through October 15. Lodging and camping △ reservations are strongly recommended.
