When visiting Universal Orlando Resort, you can expect a high-energy, technologically advanced vacation experience. Here is what to anticipate:

• Immersive Storytelling: You won't just watch movies; you’ll "step into" them. From the fire-breathing dragon in Diagon Alley™ to the interactive elements of SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™, the environments are designed to be fully sensory.
• High-Intensity Thrills: Expect some of the world’s most advanced ride systems. This includes high-speed coasters like VelociCoaster and "story-coasters" like Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure™ that use drops and launches to tell a tale.
• Seamless Technology: Use the Official Universal Orlando Resort App for almost everything. You can check wait times, navigate with a GPS-enabled map, and use Mobile Food & Drink Ordering to skip the lines at restaurants.
• Large Crowds & Walking: The resort is expansive. Expect to walk several miles a day between parks and CityWalk. To manage crowds, consider Express Passes to skip lines or utilize Early Park Admission if you are staying at a Universal hotel.
• Variable Weather: Florida weather can change quickly. Expect brief afternoon rain showers or extreme heat. Many outdoor attractions may temporarily close for lightning, but indoor shows and rides typically remain operational.

Things to note

• Park-to-Park Tickets: Required if you want to ride the Hogwarts™ Express train between the Harry Potter lands in different park
• Mobile Ordering: Use the Universal App to order food and drinks ahead of time at most quick-service locations to save time
• Biometric Entry: Standard entry now includes a fingerprint/biometric scan. Ensure everyone in your group uses the same finger each day to avoid delays
• Express Pass: A paid add-on to skip the regular lines. Guests at "Signature Collection" hotels (like Hard Rock or Portofino Bay) get Unlimited Express Pass incl
