Opened in 1913, the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles is the largest natural history museum in the western United States, with a collection of more than 35 million pieces spanning 4.5 billion years of history. Natural History Museum exhibits include anthropology, botany, entomology, spine and invertebrates, vertebrate paleontology, molluscs, ichthyology, herpetology, echinoderms, ornithology, mineralogy and paleontological dinosaurs And so on, let the tourists open their eyes. The biggest feature of the museum is that it takes animal specimens as the main body, restores the ecological environment of animals, and brings tourists into different historical periods and ecological environments. The lifelike taxidermy, lighting, and the visual performance of the theater are quite shocking. The biggest focus of the museum is the dinosaur exhibition hall, which has more than 300 fossils, 20 dinosaur skeleton specimens and various interactive exhibits.
