How to use

5. Vouchers may be redeemed at the Museum of Science, New England Aquarium, or Prudential/Copley (53 Huntington Avenue) Duck Boat Kiosk locations based on ticket option you selected at checkout
6. Travelers MUST arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tour time to check-in.
7. DEPARTURE LOCATIONS (must select preferred location at checkout)
8. Prudential/Copley - ticket booth is located outside the Prudential Center in front of the Star Market grocery store at 53 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02116
9. We offer discounted parking through our validation program at the Prudential Center parking garage. (note that parking validation does not apply if you enter before 9:30am!)
10. Museum of Science - Museum of Science ticket booth and boarding area are located in front of the Museum of Science at 1 Science Park, Boston MA 02114
11. The Museum of Science has an on site parking garage.
12. New England Aquarium - ticket booth and boarding area are located in front of the New England Aquarium located at: Central Wharf, Boston MA 02110
13. While the Aquarium does not own or operate any parking garages, there are 5 parking garages within 0.3 miles of the Aquarium.

16. The app provides imagery as well as narration in languages including Spanish, German, Mandarin, French, Japanese, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Korean and Cantonese on all tours
17. Your mobile device must have its own cellular connection and you must bring your own headphones.
18. WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY
19. We have wheelchair accessible DUCKS from our Prudential Center and Museum of Science departure locations
20. If you are booking online you MUST call us at 617-450-0068 and tell us you have a guest that needs to stay in their wheelchair as we need to pull 3 extra seats to fit the wheelchair in the DUCK.

What to expect

There is a Skywalk Observation, which is similar to the observation platform of the original New York World Trade Center. It has an all-glass wall and a large rectangular corridor. Because there are no high-rise buildings, you can watch the scenery of Boston and the surrounding towns in 360 degrees. You can find what you are familiar with. buildings, churches, parks, universities, airports and famous streets.
