Parasailing in Waikiki Hawaii

About this experience

The boat runs out past the reef, you are buckled into a harness on the rear deck, and then the canopy fills and the winch lets you go — up and back, quickly and smoothly, until the deck is a long way below and the noise of the engine fades to almost nothing.

From five hundred to a thousand feet up, depending on line length, the whole of Waikiki lies out beneath you: Diamond Head at one end, the line of hotels along the beach, the pale shelf of reef in turquoise water, and the green ridges of the Koolau range behind the city.

It is far calmer than most people expect — quiet, steady, almost meditative rather than white-knuckle. Launch and landing both happen on the deck, so you stay dry the whole way unless you ask the crew to dip your feet in the ocean on the way down.

How to use

6. There will be NO REFUND if you miss the boat
7. Rescheduling of any portion of your party will result in a $25 per person.

9. Children must be at least 5 years old to participate in parasailing and must weigh a minimum of 50 pounds.
10. Trips are weather dependent
11. We require a minimum passenger weight of 50 lbs and a maximum weight in the parachute of 450 lbs
12. For the safety of all participants, we strictly prohibit intoxicated or under the influence guests and reserve the right to deny service at the captain's discretion
13. Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled outside of 24 hours will receive a refund of the ticket price
14. Within 24 hours, tickets are Non refundable, including ticket surcharge

What to expect

Waikiki Beach is a popular and famous destination in Honolulu, Hawaii. Locals are extremely friendly and pleasant. The highlight of this is a stretch that runs between the Hyatt Regency Hotel and the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel. There are fine white sandy beaches, lush coconut trees and wonderful shopping lining the main street beside the ocean. The sea is calm and safe to swim in. You can dive, surf, kayak, sunbathe on the beach, or take a sunset stroll along the beach. The beach is most magnificent at sunset. The beach is particularly busy at night. Restaurants and bars are full of people drinking cocktails and enjoying Hawaii's special local hula and fire dance performances.
